CAVU - Dry White Blend

"Ceiling and Visibility Unlimited" is an aviation term used to describe a great day for flying. The label artwork on our CAVU white wine shows one of the Wright Brothers on just such a day. CAVU is a blend of estate Traminette, Cayuga,  and Vidal grapes. A fruity palate and bright acidity make it a great wine to pair with rich foods, fish, and chicken.
